Initial Appointment

You may wish to meet with us to discuss your particular legal issue and obtain advice without the need for an initial consultation.

We charge $440 (inclusive of GST) for a one-hour initial appointment.

Estate planning

We offer set fees for assisting with your estate planning requirements. Pricing for a will starts from $715 (inclusive of GST), an affordable fee for most clients.

If your circumstances are complex, for example, you have a blended family, trusts, business entities etc., we can provide you with a quote to assist you with your will.

Enduring documents

If you require enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship, our fees are $275 (inclusive of GST) per document.

We offer discounts for pensioners, seniors card holders, veterans, military and emergency service personnel. 

Deceased estates

We offer fixed fees for assisting you with all matters relating to deceased estates. We will first need to discuss your requirements with you at a meeting, and then we can provide you with a quote to assist you. We charge $440 (inclusive of GST) for a one-hour initial appointment.
