I’m Danielle Bechelet, the Principal of Bechelet & Co. I have practised exclusively in wills and estates in Perth for 10+ years. My ultimate goal is to ensure you are at peace about your affairs.
I am a leader in Estate Litigation, dedicated to advocating for clients in will disputes, inheritance claims, and contested estates, ensuring their rights are protected and justice is achieved
I regularly deal with the administration of both complex and straightforward deceased estates, supporting families through difficult times and keeping them informed throughout the process.
If there is family discord, I will be there to assist you in achieving the prompt resolution of any disputes related to deceased estates.
I am the current Chair of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners, Western Australia (STEP WA) and also serve on sub-committees for STEP Australia. As a member of these committees, I stay abreast of changes to the law to incorporate them in Bechelet & Co.
