Principal: Danielle Bechelet

I’m Danielle Bechelet, the Principal of Bechelet & Co. I have practised exclusively in wills and estates in the North East of Perth for the last seven years.

I have extensive experience assisting clients with their estate planning and ensuring their families are protected in the event of their passing. My ultimate goal is to ensure you are at peace about your affairs.

I regularly deal with the administration of both complex and straightforward deceased estates, supporting families through difficult times and keeping them informed throughout the process.

If there is family discord, I will be there to assist you in achieving the prompt resolution of any disputes related to deceased estates.

I am the current secretary of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners, Western Australia (STEP WA) and also serve on sub-committees for STEP Australia. As a member of these committees, I stay abreast of changes to the law to incorporate them in Bechelet & Co.
